My focus is women and women’s health. My aim in my sessions is to ensure that I train and educate women around pelvic floor safety and create a space that is fun, private, and supportive.

I have 3 types of sessions, each with a different style to build strength and fitness with variety.

Kids are welcome at my sessions. I know how challenging it can be to find a suitable environment to bring your children along without any barriers or extra cost. I know how important moving your body is as a mum and the benefits it has on your mental health.
